so sometimes i read the labels of things i eat.

sometimes just to count calories. sometimes out of curiosity of what i'm eating.

today i'm drinking a green machine naked juice.
oh how i love naked juice! when i got a real job, buying expensive juice every once in a while was my first (and still my greatest) pleasure! :)

things i read on the back that i'm drinking today:
  • blue green algea- another name for cyanobacteria. sometimes can poison you. (i'm going to pretend thats only the kind i'm not drinking)
  • spirulina- species of cyanobacteria. high in protein.
  • chlorella- species of green algae, with no flagella. (poor non-flagellan bacteria, i kinda feel bad for it bc flagella is that tail thing bacteria use to get around easier. immediately felt bad for it bc i pictured a dog without a tail. okay. now i'm done feeling back for the bacterium.)
  • odorless garlic.- not what thai people use.
conclusion: if it tastes good and says "all natural fruit & boosts" it could still have weird things. technically bacteria ARE natural.

and i'm still going to drink it. that stuff is dang good. :)
