-number of minutes it took my left AND right arm to give a pint of blood. i'm sore. all i gotta say is i'm one dedicated O negative and they better use my blood to save some lives, dang it!

maybe you should drink more water so that the sludge you have for blood can move more quickly around your body. i am right in presuming that most people don't have to use both arms to give a pint of blood right?
maybe i thought i drank alot of water. and it usually takes me a long time anyway. this time it was just unusually painful and long.
Good for you. I won't do it, I'm a baby when it comes to pain of any kind awake or sedated.
